I am closing to purchasing a 2009 c63 with 49k km, it has no performance package. It is a CPO and the owner claims he has the extended "silver star" mercedes warranty good for 160,000km, is there any way of verifying that? The CPO status and warranty get transferred to me correct?

And the Service B on the car is overdue as he parked the car in his garage all winter, does this void my warranty if it is overdue? I have a VIN number if someone could proved me with a report VIN : WDDGF77X19F264255

Take that vin to BENZ and ask how much warranty it left.
