Service notice screwed up

Service notice screwed up
Anyone know if you can change the service counter on the screen. It's out of sync and showing I need service A0 when it should be showing B2 or B3. Can the dealer make this right?

How many kilometers do you have on the car and what is your in-service date. My car is a 2010, In-Service May 14, 2010 and this is it's 3rd scheduled service at it's third anniversary. It is also calling for service A0, which is correct according to my 2010 Service Booklet.

Service 1 : Various component and fluid level inspections.
Service 3 : Oil and filter change.
Service 8 : Replace air-cleaner inserts (my book says 60000 km or 4 years so not sure why this service is included?)
Service 20 : Transmission oil and filter change.
I only have 16000km so I am going to skip the transmission work for now.
