Preliminary ordering guide is attached. No prices yet for the 507 option, but it clarifies what's likely to be standard. Altho subject to change, it does include preliminary prices for most of the other options and gives the first info I've seen about exterior colors, wheel options, interior trim options, etc. Firm pricing is likely within a couple weeks.

Very disappointing that Diamond White Metallic paint and the Red/Black Interior Leather options are not available. That, the tacky racing stripes, and the quite odd switch from a CF spoiler (P31) to a gloss spoiler (P61/507) are what is keeping me back from wanting to make a purchase.

If I could get a 507 in Diamond White with Red/Black Seats sans the racing stripes I'd be completely decided on the 507. I hope MB comes to their senses and widens the options selection on the 507.

I completely agree. I'd definitely order it in the exact same combo (albeit polar white I feel keeps a little edge on it). If I end up w the 507, I'll certainly replace the rear deck spoiler. So ridiculous that piece isn't carbon.

I don't see any options for AMG Performance Media on the Canadian DOG tho, which is disappointing.

 

That wheel and shift knob. I must have them. Any ideas on part #'s for them?

 

It's nice that performance media is available, that's one option I wish I could have gotten.

 

Canadian buyers would have to be very happy with that then.
In Australia, 507 "replaces" the old Performance Package, so what is the variation in price in Canada between the current P.P. & 507?

Identical. The 2013 C63 PP had both the LSD and CF spoiler in Canada.

The 507 is really the same car as a C63 with PP, but with a few extra hp and the BS hood. No official prices yet, but I'm still predicting that it'll come in cheaper than a 2013 C63 + PP. It's a year end special edition package to sell more cars in the final year.

The BS is differentiated by the bigger cooling system, widebody, completely different suspension, etc. Totally different beasts.

It is a step down from a base BS and a couple steps down from an Aero and Track Package BS. Look at front lower grill inlets on the 507....small, no large oil cooler like BS, no dif cooler on 507, different suspension from BS, LSD is an option on 507 standard on BS. The front tires on a BS are as wide as the rears on the 507, BS runs 285 rears, 507 runs 255's. No available track or aero package on 507. The 507 is simply a C63 coupe with a P31 as standard equipment, a couple more hp and a Black Series hood.

Still a beautiful car, love the styling touches, aggressive and tasteful IMO.

The UK website doesn't have pricing for the 507 posted yet, but it lists on-the-road pricing on the base C63 as £56,965 for the sedan and £58,165 for the coupe. That's a £10,000 jump for the Edition 507 - about $15k USD. Seems like way too much for what you're getting. . . .

 

How does the price compare to last year's C63 + performance package?

 

I had a quote 5 days ago. With a diff and 2 minor options it is $194k drive away over here.

 

Beautiful rig, love the wheels too.. The polar white with the gloss black wheels be a killer combo imo.
That being said I'm going to run mine for another year and a half or so, until I can swing the same sort of deal I got on my current car (dealership owner drove this one for a year, got it for $20k off sticker with 3200 miles on it then grab the new car with the 5.5 tt.

 

The performance screens are awesome. Should be standard and not $2500. Same goes for the limited-slip. It's ridiculous a car with that much power doesn't come with it standard!

 

If only this came as a sedan would be awesome!

 

The 507 package is available on both sedans and coupes, as it's just a renamed performance package with more goodies.

Yea, like other markets, the 507 is replacing our APX performance package. The Canadian 507's come with LSD and CF standard, but I don't see the AMG Performance Media listed in the preliminary docs as standard or option.
