Exhaust Help Please
First off I'm 65. Now what the hell does that have to do with exhaust. Well, I'm going blind reading all of the out of date exhaust threads. So I have searched. lol
Now, I thought I might change out the mufflers or just put in straights with a H after the secondary cats just for a deeper tone. I read where someone had used glass packs but I can't find what manufacture. Any one have a Magnaflow part number? Kleemann advised that nothing outside of what had already been done-Headers, Hi Flow Cats, 93 tune could be done outside a blower. Any other exhaust changes wouldn't help performance. Should I just leave it?
I don't know if I can get away with taking the secondary cats out. Though when they look during inspection I don't really think they know what they're looking for.

There was a thread here somewhere here that showed "fake" secondary cats. They basically have a hollowed-out cat shell. You can use that in conjunction with MikeGPro's straight pipe if you want the noise, a little HP, and pass your state's visual test.
Also, there was another recent thread someone replaced the mufflers with Magnaflows for a real "American" V8 sound.

Ergon, I would remove the secondary cats with straight or an X pipe, OR

Done!!!! this is all that you need here
"Application of course may vary" but these are cheap and they are on and off with the push of a button at almost 1/10th of the cost.
