Wheel Bolts for Spacers

Can you guys please verify that these are the right specs for these bolts? I'll be running 12mm front and 10mm rear spacers on the stock 18s. I assume 40mm around would work fine.

Thanks for the help

These are R13 ball seat for non-AMG W204's, the OE C63 wheels use R14. Go to the RAD website to see what lengths they offer in R14.

Here are your choices - it looks like 37mm or 41mm:

Wasn't sure if R13 would make such a big difference but I suppose it matters. How about these then:

Appreciate the help!

Based on the price in the link you provided I assumed that you were looking for two-piece lug bolts so I didn't look further down on the RAD page, but those are the lug bolts that should work. R13 is visibly more rounded...I wouldn't use them.

What's the advantage of 2 piece bolts? OEM is 1 piece, correct?

I used the RAD 14mm x1.5 40mm shank R14 ball seat 17mm hex off amazon. For the rears and the 10mm spacers the bolts were too long on my car and made a ticking sound so I brought them to a local machine shop and had them shave off 2mm. They worked fine after.

I switched wheelsets since then and selling my spacers/bolts if youre interested. See here

Bought the 40mm set. Bought 12mm front spacers and 10mm rear. Everything installed correctly but the rear wheels are ticking. It's not the dust shield, so it looks like the 40mm bolts are 1-2mm too long for a 10mm spacers. Just an FYI!

It's very strange you guys are having ticking sounds from the 40mm on the 10mm spacers... mine didnt have that problem. Maybe Canadian cars are a bit different than US cars.

But yes, shave 1-2 mm off the rear bolts, and you will be fine. Easy fix.

I was told the bolts hit the e-brake mechanism, in any case you shoulda bought my set! The rear bolts are shaved and ready to go!

Appreciate the suggestion but I'm just not a fan of buying used parts. Nothing beats opening a new package haha.

Yes, it's hitting the e-brake mechanism. It was the second thing I checked after checking the dust shields. I just made sure the e-brake was fully released and when I did that, the sound got quieter. The bolts are interfering 1-2mm with either one of the springs or the retainers. None of that should be fatal, since there is some built-in tolerance for assemble ease in the system. I will wait till the bolts get in tomorrow before I drive the car again though.
