Wouldn't have been so bad if he didn't have the 63 emblems and I think most of us probably wouldn't have cared. At least this guy is driving a nicer car than what I was driving at his age.
When I was in LA this weekend, saw a black C with C63, 6.3 on the fenders, and the requisite AMG emblem. Young Asian guy looked happy and content driving.

Trying to fool people with faux badging is stupid.
I saw my first CLS 300 the other day. What bothered me was the ugly b itch driving it. She was walking behind us and groaned because we were walking too slow (my wife is pregnant with our second). I know it was the pace that bothered her because she immediately cut through the "island" foliage to get around us.

Very true. The funny thing is, they can't fool anybody. Those of us that know what an AMG car is (not just us C63 owners here, but all gearheads in general) very likely know how to spot one even without the badging, and everyone else simply doesn't know or care what AMG means.
And, I really can't understand why anyone would do that to a perfectly nice and respectable C300 or whatever that car actually is. Upgrades are great (we have aftermarket wheels, lights, diffusers and what not), but rebadging it as something else is beyond me.
