Whining / Ticking Noise (video)

Hey all..

Just heard a whining / ticking noise for the first time yesterday. It sounds like a whine with a slight knocking / ticking noise on idle - more noticable inside than outside. I let the car sit to warm up then did a 20 mile highway run to work and it was still there. The sound disappears as the RPM's rise but returns when back down to idle.

The car is a 2013 Sedan, 4.5K miles with first oil change performed at 1.1K miles. No warning lights, nothing. Now here's the curveball... I first heard this noise when the gas tank was down to the last full quarter. After filling up, it went away.

Here's a link to the video (sorry the volume is low but after a few plays you will hear it).

thanks in advance.

thanks in advance.
Usually ticking noise is due to stuck lifter when cold. Drive it a little to warm up and it will go.
In your case i don't know. You should hear it more from the outside than inside
