Installation of front lip...suggestions
How did you guys attach your front lip? Will the 3M just by itself hold? Did any one use screws? Pics and description of how you screwed it on? What type and size of screws and where did you place the screws?
I'm hoping just 3M tape will do...

Bro, double side tape will definitely not be enough. Add few screws... like 1 on each side & 1 in the middle if you dont want too many holes on your bumper. My body shop used some kind of U shape bracket to secure the screws in.
What lip did you buy?

Just get some 3/4" long auto trim screws, I used 8 screws across the whole pc.
I wouldn't trust any type of tape for this application.

use 3m doublesided tape to place/fit it. make sure the tape isn't too thick. Then use self-tapping screws to secure. Make sure they are automotive use or zinc plated so they don't rust.

Thanks man...I have been wanting to do so much to my car, just haven't had the time to do it. This summer I'll be getting around to these things hopefully.
Looks like you are full speed ahead too. Did you get your bumper and side fender fixed?

I used 10 self tapping screws with large diameter washers, doubling up in the corners & middle, no tape. It's still there after a few 280km/h highway runs
