It's a learning experience for us. For all our perceived illustrious reputation in the public eye, we are still a small company that's currently going through some very difficult growing pains (this is not an excuse). With that said, we're not perfect and unfortunately mistakes can, and as seen, do happen, albeit with rarity.

But we're working on it by treating such incidences as lessons to minimize and prevent them from ever occurring again - and, as cliché as that may sound, we're taking them very seriously.

We hope you understand.

Did this outcome only cone about because the frustrations were put to the public or was this the anticipated outcome regardless

I personally was unaware of the issue as this was more of a Customer Service/Sales-oriented dispute and because sufficient communication with HRE GmbH was lacking.

I was just impressed to see HRE actually post in the thread. Glad to know it's getting taken care of and props to HRE for actually making a presence. That speaks leaps and bounds for a company.

thanks for the explanation and as you say all businesses misstep occasionally and how they respond separates the good from the bad. its good to see HRE is a stand up company.
