hi, everyone

i just drove my c63 out at a wonderful canada day. but i find out there is an issue from my speaker.

i did some research, and seems nobody have the same case as me.

i heard there are some noise from the speaker, its sounds like acoustic noise at the treble and the beginning or ending part of the song.

at the beginning i thought i may just because im playing SD card, radio and Bluetooth audio. but i try the CD, there is a same problem.

so i wonder know, is this problem including in my warranty? i got my ride at Dec 2012, and is there other way to solve this ?

Just take it back to the dealer, the terms of the warranty will cover this.

This. You've narrowed it down to the amp or speaker(s), let the dealer do any required disassembly.

i dont quite understand what you are trying to describe. can you elaborate? isnt everything emitted from the speaker an acoustic noise?

on mine, i have found that any adjustment to the bass in the setup makes the speakers sound like poo.
