CF Diffusers

What kind of CF diffusers do you guys have?

Does anyone have this particular one?
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/MERCEDES-C63-...vxp=mtr&_uhb=1

How is the fitment and everything? Is it a good buy or a waste of money to go with? What else should I be looking at? I am in the market for a CF diffuser and a front lip.

Thanks!

i personally don't like that one ... i think that hole in the middle is huge, and you'll be able to see the ugly underside of the trunk right through it.

i have the "big fins" diffuser available from jl-motoring.com, although i got mine from someone else.

not hard to remove/install. two screws on the ends and tabs along the middle. the CF ones dont have the center brackets that the stock one has, so you'll have to use bolts as spacers. there's a post on it if you search.

and i dont have any pics of my application, but there are pics at the jl-motoring.com site.

I like the Vorsteiner one...that one sort of (very loosely) reminded me of it cause of the mesh. Any out there that look like the Vorsteiner's without the massive price tag?

i havent seen any knockoffs, but i agree that the vorst diffuser for the facelift is the best looking one out there.

Here are some pics of the diffuser I linked above installed on the car. I don't know....I don't think it looks bad or anything. Definitely looks better than the stock one IMO. What do you guys think?

That manufacture should design one with a reverse lamp in the center section instead of the mesh. The new SL has that, thought it looked different. I think they should investigate. A mod for a mod!!!

judging from your posts, i am guessing that you are leaning heavily towards this diff. just get it and see how it goes, it's pretty cheap compared to others.

I am definitely not leaning towards any particular kind at the moment. I just thought I'd put up pictures where people can see it installed on the car. I do like the big fin diffusers too so I am completely open at the moment.

IMO the mode carbon luftstorm diffuser is a bit much I feel the fins are to wide and "chunky" I just got the revozport rbsII diffuser in and i feel it's perfect. It also comes with underbody panel that helps with down force and just looks sick when your seeing the car from below its continues the 3 fins underneath the car. Just my opinion

I do like Mode big fin one's. But the others mentioned in this thread, I have no idea about. Perhaps people wouldn't mind posting pics of the one's they mention?

I don't think the diffuser you posted looks that bad, other than the fact the mesh should be painted black. But being that there's probably no use for the center opening, not sure if I would choose it over Mode's piece. IMO
