Dumb but interesting USB question
i download alot of songs from various sites to my Usb.
give or take i may have virus on the usb.
Would this **** up or infect my car's computer if i plug it into the usb adaptor to play music.

Actually, the correct answer is.. it depends
The command unit us based on Microsoft WinCE (Windows CE, precursor to Windows Mobile, and used in many many industrial/ATM/Kiosk type applications). While WinCE is not susceptible to your normal range of viruses, it is not completely immune to the targeted types.
However, those targeted types can be particularly nasty if exposed to an ATM, or industrial control system. In the case of the radio.. not so much, although I have no clue how you would remove it. In a WinCE system, you typically just reimage and reload the configuration templates.
The odds of you getting a virus that would affect the command unit though, it very very very small, almost insignificantly small.
