I am looking to buy one of these and know a few companies have copied the design but fitment and quality is poor.
So my main question is does this splitter have gaps like below? If not can you provide pictures as I cant seem to find anything to show the fitment close round the corner (on the end that gap)

Guarentee fitment with professional installation? Is that a joke? That basically indicates that you will get gaps if your try this yourself. Terrible
That comment could essentially be used even for the cheapest of eBay lips
This is an industry standard practice from most high end aftermarket part retailers. This is a fitment guarantee that most cheaper part providers do not in fact offer, so it is unusual to take offense to a manufacturer/retailer offering a guarantee with their product. Certain tools that are not found in your average household garage (i.e. lift jack, industrial strength heat gun, rivet gun, etc...) are sometimes required for these installation and would simply not be possible to do properly without the right tools.

Ive got one on the way shortly, so do you recommend more than just bonding and the standard central rivets to get the sides flush? Do you rivet or screw the sides from the underneath?

Phil, our Luftstrom Front Lip installs using silicone adhesive and utilizes the central rivets. The installation will not require additional rivets or screws in order to fit the front lip into place. When you receive your Luftstrom Front Lip feel free to reach out to us and we would be more than happy to walk you through the installation process.
