I'm curious about that too. I know it is an option for the US-spec cars (I didn't get it). I saw that it shows how much hp you're using and it maxes out at 507....what happens when the car gets modded and makes more than 507? How does the performance program adapt to that?

More likely than not, the needle will simply hit 507 hp earlier on in the RPM range then stay pegged out while the RPMs continue to climb (making more power than 507). More or less, that gauge is useless anyways. But the accelerometer and the track GPS, split time function etc will still work regardless of mods. At the very least, you'll definitely be able to see what the performance mods have done to increase your cars performance. This can be done by running a baseline lap, then a comparison lap with the mods performed.

Tires and a blower will make a huge difference to say the least.
