B0 and other Service Price

B0 and other Service Price
Morning everyone,
So, I got a few questions regarding the servicing time-frame and pricing for our cars. I went in this morning to get my B0 service done (they want 346 for it) and the guy who was working with me told me that since my car was about to hit 39k miles (2010) it needed to get its differential service, transmission service, and the brake fluid change (158 for brake fluid....). Anyway, the total ended up being $1146 before tax. Luckily, I didn't have my drivers license on me so I had to reschedule which gave me time to come here and check what everything thinks of this.
Keep in mind that I have Buckhead Imports down the road, literally, that I could go to as well but I was trying to stay with the MB dealership cause I want them to fix a few things in the cabin of my car.
My other question is that my car is tuned. Do I need to get it flashed back to stock before they do tranny service?
