Auction did not even happen on the date of 7/29. Principles of evosport(Brooks and Simon) did not show up so auction could not leagally be held....idiots!
I too am a business owner but why is this sad news? If you run your company properly you will never have to worry about it. They made a few mistakes but instead of reeling themselves in and making things right they brought in a bunch of investors that most of whom knew squat about the industry(but all thought they were experts). Their(investors) egos were bigger than their wallets. I sat in on a meeting with Brooks and some of the stuff that came out of his mouth was absolutely mind boggling. I was one of the first people Brad approached to be an "investor" and I was smart enough to say no thank you. I do know they owe quite a few people some cash, it's gonna get ugly and for that simple fact I do not see them opening up under a different name any time in the near future, burn enough bridges with vendors and eventually your mud. For the record Brad hads not been involved with evosport for a couple years now, he sold out to Simon and the other principles. he was the only one that was smart enough to know when to run.

I know all about it with the trucking and logistics business and also having a container storage facility , there are plenty of companies that have come and gone in the 39 years of us being in business . they came in thinking they knew everything and had all the right ideas and left with nothing but the shirts on their backs
