Hello
Im wondering wich car could be the fastest car between the two above ?
I did own an cls 55 amg and wasnt stisfied thru the gearbox, But it was dam fast with a lot of good stuff in it. Did have 180mm pulley 82 throttle, shorty headers, injectors, bigger intercooler system. I think this did gain 80-90 Hp at least. 560-570hk.
Are there any chance to get an c63 as fast as the 55 amg with out totaly empty the bank account ?
What to i need to buy to get around 560-570 Hp.

tune, headers, filters etc... will get you close to 550-570hp range at the crank. Depends on what dyno you put your faith in. ive been seeing plenty 480-500whp tune/header cars but you can forget about seeing that on a mustang dyno. the 63's dont have the low end instant torque like the blown 55's but have alot better topend and dont suffer from the air to water intercooler heatsoak

Biggest question is at what point does your bank account empty? What's your mod budget? The C63 guys can easily a rwhp range for a given dollar amount. The 63 is generally more expensive to mod than the 55. Time on the market being the biggest driver. A 500whp C63 will be faster than your ~480-500whp CLS due to weight and the 7 speed tranny. That being said if you're just looking for the feeling of speed and not numbers few cars accelerate with the violent feeling of the E55. I've driven faster cars that feel slower just bc they don't have the low nuts of a 55k. I'm contemplating the 63 swap as well. I may go older so I can afford to supercharge it.

I now that the feeling are really good in the 55 amg but i have to be as fast as my old 55 amg so i keep up with my friend

I have to say that i have maybe 3500 Us to spend on mods ? Should i get 490 whp ?
