I know a guy can do conversion for for headlight facelift on prefacelift with full ILS include cable and module.

But he only done on European model and never on US model.

My question is what are the differences between headlights facelift on these two models and also if any specs difference should aware off?

I'm thinking to purchase his module coded program and cable and purchase headlights for EU model, but wondering will work or not

 

Are you referring to the facelift headlight for the 2014 E Class ?
