Does anyone know what the wattage/voltage is for the DRLs.

they are all listed in the manual, it's one of the best manuals I've come across

aren't the DRL's the headlights?

in that case I'm estimating less than 8W for both sides, negligible
<1/2 amp per side
wouldn't they be set up for a nominal 12 VDC?
