Toronto/GTA - C63 Spotters Thread
So figured since there are more than enough C63 owners in Toronto/GTA I'd start a spotters thread... 
Thought of this because I spotted a C63 Black Series coupe yesterday morning on the way into work... Gardiner westbound around Jarvis. Non-track package with black wheels, looked very nice! I've now spotted 4 C63 Black Series cars in Toronto... two white, one red, one grey. One of the white ones was at the NV Euro meet though so likely doesn't count.
Also spotted a grey C63 sedan (2012+) with 18" wheels crossing Lakeshore between Spadina and Bathurst on the same drive in yesterday... looked stock but the passenger gave my car a long look as he went through the intersection.

When I bought my cars in the US you could not import a BS just what has changed that the Canadian Government allows them to be sold in Canada. Was there a safety issue or possibly an emission conformance issue, any ideas on this subject. Nice car, just how is the ride with 19's on the streets of TO?

The Black Series was brought into Canada by Mercedes and sold here... I'm sure someone can correct me but I believe there were a total of 20 (or perhaps 50) C63 BS coupes brought into Canada.
As for my car, no issues on 19s in Toronto... rides hard occasionally depending on the road but you get used to it.

Theres a black obsidian C63 BS that parks at the same hangar at Buttonville Airport.

2012 C63 AMG Black Series
this is a grey one that shows up to cars & coffee sometimes at bayview village. Its also frequently seen at mosport.

I know of a metallic black C63 BS that I occasionally see around Don Mills and Lawrence. A couple of months ago I had a chat with the owner (Eric). It's not the car in the second picture above - his has a full front licence plate and black rims. He's not a forum member here. Never tracked, completely unmolested BS with 4800 km on the clock last time I saw it.

Spotted in the parking garage by my work yesterday (Queen & Bathurst area), either black or magnetite C63 coupe with 19" AMG multi-spoke wheels. Appeared stock aside from a Mode Carbon style rear spoiler and AMG license plate frame. Long shot but might be a member here given it was lightly modded.

Seen today (Fri Oct 11) - dark C63 coupe w/ black 19" multi-spokes just before 11 am westbound on Eglinton Ave. East near Redpath (between Mt. Pleasant & Yonge). Could have been a matte color (Edition 1?) but I couldn't tell for sure. Was in my 928 going the other way. Anyone here?

Hi all, just a quick introduction.
Recently picked up a white sedan c63, 2013 model, been loving every moment of it, and so does my 14month boy gets really happy when I drive him to daycare!!!
Thought I'd just drop by and say I saw a matte black? Edition 1 coupe at yonge/Sheppard 30 mins ago.
Enjoy reading all your posts and looking forward to meeting some of you in the future

Spotted a red 507 coupe tonight at the Canadian Tire (Leslie & Lakeshore), had a quick chat with the owner too. Nice guy, he said he is coming from a GTI which is just a bit of a power upgrade.
Told him to check the forum for ideas on how to mod his beast...

On a number of occasions I have seen a white C63 sedan parked in the lot at Wrigley's on Leslie (walk by it on the way to the path at the back). Anyone here?

Now if you are part of R-Squad (I remember you guys from the car shows many years ago) Im sure you have a few things planned for the C63.
I don't drive my 63 in the winter, but I did see a Tenorite grey C63 stock on Airport and Derry 2 days ago. I actually see it near my office a few times a month!

What Kind of tires do you have and how worn are they.
Typically worn tires or lower quality tires will generate more road noise. Weather plays a big factor as well. Colder temps harden the rubber compounds on summer performance tires, which can also lead to increased road noise.
I wouldn't necessarily blame it on the size of the wheels.

Two more I saw:
(1) HOT PINK MATTE (WRAPPED?) COUPE WITH A HUGE REAR SPOILER at the airport (Terminal 1) short-tem parking about a month ago;
(2) Black sedan with tinted windows, northbound on Leslie St. at the first traffic light north of Eglinton, about a week ago (it was mid-day). I think you may have waved hello but it was hard to tell because of the tint.
Anyone here?
