Kleemann exhaust manifold and cats
Good day all.
I realize everyone is obsessed with headers, but I'm looking for a moderate sound and power mod on our 156.
Anyone that has had experience please comment. Ty.

I went from the K1 tune to K2 manifolds and only noticed a little improvement from mid-top. From what I read (old thread), they only add about 20 WHP. They do sound amazing from stock. I don't think Kleemann sells them anymore.

Well it turns out I'm looking for sound that's lower and not droning, not to mention the gains. Some say the sport Cats were more of the difference. Maybe I just go with cats??
Was the exhaust an octave lower? How would you describe it? Any clips?

The sport cats do make a difference since they are 200 cell. However, the restrictive part of the OEM manifolds is the "neck" where it connects to the downpipe. I believe the one(s) on the Kleemann are about 50% larger.
Check youtube. There are several threads out there. It is a bit louder than stock and no droning if you use the stock exhaust. The only clip I have is a cold start video I made with a MBH X-Pipe. The X changes the pitch to a higher frequency.
