did I miss something? I had a good time, and they treated me well as a new customer, I know they were having some issues with some cars on the dyno because of diffusers, and some fuel regulator issues, so that may have been frustrating to deal with since there was a lineup of cars for the dyno, anyways just saying I had a good time!

No worries! Please post the video and conversations so everyone on the forums can see how I was treated if you see fit! Thanks! I dont want to give Eurocharged a bad name because they have a great product at an awesome value! Yourself and Jerry have helped me out before and offered great assistance. I do have other opinions of the shop guys as do a lot of other people in the city once they heard what happened to me they posted their experiences in our whattsapp groups. Im talking many people in a community of over 200 exotics in the GTA. I will post many more screenshots without names if you want "Hard Proof". ![Popcorn](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/popc1.gif)

I have no reason to lie since as per my pervious posts to today I was looking forward to getting my car retuned! And excited to meet the new guys representing Eurocharged. (Remember my father just picked up an E63, and Im looking at my next car, along with MANY more cars in my long life ahead).
From what Ive heard the shop guys have been having problems with kids brining cars in and wanting tunes then after the shop has invested time to get things set up the kids bail. Maybe because Im young the guy stereotyped me and reacted his displeasure towards youth? Again I can only assume from what Ive heard. I still feel thats no way to answer someone asking about dynoing their car. I understood there were appointments and was completely fine with hearing no we are fully booked but maybe another time. I was not expecting to hear youll have to pay to retune without letting me explain the situation or referring to my posts here asking if it was ok. Again I wish he explained things that politely![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
In the end Im happy I was able to get my car retuned (Not by the shop) and was on my way. Its too bad the dyno wasnt available for people to see numbers on a P31, and its too bad I along with many others wont be visiting that shop to get work done. If that means no more eurocharged tunes then so be it. There are alternatives.

This is very odd. There were over 100 cars and people that attended the open house today and not one person heard or saw anything like this go on. In fact everyone that was there had a great time. It was a lot of fan. A lot of super nice cars were there. A personal attempt was even made to rectify the situation if any wrong was done and the individual that had so much to complain about was not interested. There is something very strange about his post and the story keeps changing. There are many PMs to support this. SMH

im sure any problems will be addressed by eurocharged..
I for one did not experience any issues at the openhouse today and the guys treated everyone ( from what i saw) with equal respect. Infact it was a really good setting to meet everyone.. Thanks to Jake and the crew for coming down.

Eurocharged has an awesome and respectful team..they are very patient with everyone. If you don't like them, take your car, E63, along with many more cars in your long life ahead, and choose a different company. Goodluck! P.s. thanks eurocharged for taking care of me guys..deffinately a returning customer!!

Let's talk, Indian to Indian. How exactly does this comment make any sense? He respects eurocharged, just not how the guy there was treating him. Do you not get that? He even acknowledged that he loves their tune. That's like how I like the NE patriots but hate Aaron Hernandez.

man.. what did i miss?
first time customer with eurocharged, and they were professional and on the level.
i had made an appointment for 11 and I got right in when I showed; I recognized they were busy, but still managed to stop the guys, ask a quick question, pick their brain about the tuning,
There was definitely a bit of a back up at some point, but that was due partly to poor circumstances, that SRT6 took up a lot of time with a fuel pressure issue, I'm sure that particular owner was grateful they took a time out to troubleshoot his car on the spot. 'ish happens, the rain held off, cars got tuned, seemed like an alright time,
sounds like someone felt entitled to VIP treatment, was disrespected and made a scene???

is there a picture thread yet?
Unfortunately I only got one pic, and its not of my car
I had a great experience Saturday. Slav Vlad Jerry and everyone were great. They bent over backwards and opened the shop early for me, because I had to be somewhere in the afternoon. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Thanks again guys...

Our security records everything. And for the record your Canadian law is referred to as "one party consent", and that is that any person involved in a conversation may record it. The private communication law you referred to is regarding phone conversation. So, we are fully within the law to record all information in the building, especially since we have signs up stating as such. (with all the crazy canadian stuff like why and contact info)
