ADV.1 Wheels on my 507?
So I have the option to buy a used set of these ADV.1's with Hankook Ventus V12 tires. They are 20's.
Rims look great without scratches and the tires have about 2000 miles on them.
I obviously set these next to my car just to see what they might look like.
255/35 ZR20
285/30 ZR20
I'd love some thoughts on these please.

btw, i'd be interested in buying your stock 507 rims if you decide to sell them, but like i said above, i wouldn't swap them out for these 20's, imho.

Thanks for the feedback Maximus. I am still thinking about it and wonder how the performance is affected by the 20's along with the look. Still not totally sold on them but seriously considering it.
I do love the stock rims on this car though! I think I will have the opportunity to put them on the car and see what I think installed and that might help me make the decision.
Thank you for your picture!

I don't know the weight of your OEM but some members switched to 20" and were lighter than stock. Now yours are already forged so maybe the weight saving will be less .
Worst case scenario buy them because they look good.

I bet they are the wrong offset & size just by reading the tire size. Which cars they came from?
The tires u mentioned are too tall, we need 255/30f & 285/25r in ur case.
They look good though but ask about the specs first.

They came off an E63 which supposedly has the same fitment I'm told.
Good question about the weight. I will look into comparing weights between stock.

i think they came off this car....i was offered them too. I think that size it too tall for the E63 too, It fits but you do go over that 3% overall diameter difference (if that matters)

arent the offsets on the E and cls different
isnt the E 37/52 and the cls 35 45 or something
its weird because the rear track of the E is actually wider than the Cls

Former Vendor of MBWorld
Very impressive car collection
im fascinated by not only the car collection but the beautiful property they are on also !!!
Kodos to you sir you have worked hard and earned them
Also he is correct as the fitment is not ideal for the C63
the tire specs are to large which will cause rubbing
most likely 100% the offset is wrong which will cause the wheels to stick out and hit the fender causing damaged and safety concerns.
i highly recommend you look into another wheel.
or if there is a specific wheel you are looking into i would be more than happy to help you out.

507 SEDAN
I WILL buy!!!! Check my thread about 507 wheels.
I just had an 18 wheeler destroy mine and I am desperately looking for a set of 507 wheels for my 507. Insurance cannot find them and my 507 is just a month old. I am looking for one of my brothers here to show pity on a fellow 507 owner and hook me up. I am willing to buy now and would be forever in debt. I got pushed into the side of a concrete barrier by an as*hole 18 wheeler rig driver, who never saw me.
I am looking for anyone's OEM wheels and any pity. I can't bear to have my new 507 with other wheels.
