Suspension Differences Pre-facelift, facelift, BS
Is there a thread on the forum or a resource anywhere outside the forum where I can find basic info on the C63 suspension?
Things like sway bar thicknesss, spring rates, motion ratios etc etc etc
I think it's Edmunds that put's a car on a lift and thoroughly examines the suspension. They done it with the brz, m3 and many others. Anything like this for the C63?

Here's the updates to the facelift, as per MB press release.
Optimised suspension, new steering system reduces fuel consumption
The AMG sports suspension with a special front axle, reinforced rear axle and wider track all round has undergone thorough modification; the driver benefits from this in two ways as the C 63 AMG now offers greater driving enjoyment and ride comfort at all times. The new, stiffer elastokinematics, the revised axle kinematics with more negative camber all round and the new rear-axle anti-roll bar with a larger cross-section result in higher agility and greater lateral acceleration. But driving dynamics is not the only area in which progress has been made: new spring and damper rates have optimised both the responsiveness of the suspension as well as the road roar and tyre vibration characteristics.
The AMG speed-sensitive sports steering with a direct ratio (13.5 : 1) has a newly developed power-steering pump which plays a decisive role in reducing the fuel consumption. This is because the power assistance for the steering only requires energy when the driver is actually making steering movements. Reliable deceleration at all times is ensured by the AMG high-performance braking system with internally ventilated and perforated discs all round.

The black series press release isn't that detailed...
The rear setup is lifted from the E63 and fitted with a hotter diff. Up front I'm not sure what they used to widen the track, or if it's unique parts to the BS. The coilover setup is only in the front, the rear retains a standard spring/shock setup.
AMG coil-over sports suspension with an AMG rear-axle differential lock
The AMG sports suspension is a sophisticated new development. Conceived as a coil-over suspension -- as is the norm in motorsport and a typical feature of Black Series models -- it offers a range of setting options, and allows the driver to create an individual set-up. Track has been widened by 1.57 inches (front) and 3.11 inches (rear). In conjunction with modified anti-roll bars, the C63 AMG Coupe Black Series delivers impressive dynamics, tenacious grip and minimal body roll. The AMG speed-sensitive sports steering facilitates superb vehicle control, with modified mapping of the power assistance for maximum steering precision.
The AMG rear-axle differential lock is standard equipment and responsible for reliable traction, especially under race track conditions. The 3-phase ESP®is the ideal solution for all driving situations - using the ESP®button, the driver can choose from "ESP ON", "Sport Handling Mode" and "ESP OFF". As a result of the increased dynamics the AMG high-performance brake system and the anti-lock functionality was reprogrammed. The larger braking system features discs with race-proven composite (two-piece) technology at the front (15.35 x 1.42 inches) and integral discs at the rear (14.17 x 1.02 inches). Red-painted six-piston fixed calipers at the front and four-piston fixed calipers at the rear provide reliable stopping power to the perforated, fade-resistant rotors, which are ventilated at all four corners.

I'd recommend asking the question on the Private Lounge...
If there's anywhere that even gives you the opportunity to get that info, it's that IMO.
They've surprised before in the past.
