My CF addiction continues...
Im just thinking it may be a bit too much CF for the interior. Especially around the radio buttons etc.
How hard was It to remove the stock door inserts and ashtray etc?
I actually have a friend that does real CF wrapping here in Toronto. Instead of spending 1200 + on the OEM set. I can just CF my stock wood pieces.
Get the kit from Matt, worth it .. My oem door trim were wrapped, and it's not comparable.
As for removing the door trim, there is a DIY on the forum.. But be patient when u pull on the clips, u don't want to break them.. That is the hardest part.
Go for it Hyper, it put lots of smiles when ppl see it. Funny yet stylish. If u r looking for the same car seat, it's the evenflo SuperRide weighting 13lbs only.. Perfect for our C63.
LOL true, but it gets expensive.

Seriously, I prefer not to touch my airbags or engine. Plus I'm done spending on my car Peryyyyy.
Anyway you have to at least do the CF steering

Hope I am not hijacking your thread but here is a photo I took this morning just to entice you to indulge with more carbon fibre magic

Never say never, Meng.

Modding is never done.

Glad you finally got the real thing for your interior, looks great.

Pity you weren't here, my mechanic came to my house and installed the Murrow covers, took less than 5 minutes for each mirror and he also showed me how to do it. Piece of cake

It must be our cold weather in the morning (0C to 5C) that makes the clips frozen, they just can't seem to move.
CF mirrors:

CF grill: (you can see the gap near the headlights *cry* )

Final stage:

knifemakers also make stuff with real F-18 fighter carbon fiber as well as "lightning strike" which has copper wire weaved in to dissipate hits from lightning bolts.
of course you also need a pair of $4500 Oakley carbon fiber sunglasses (with suspension like hinges)

Now that i think about it, i have quite a few toys in carbon fiber...hmmmmmm
RL
but dont worry, i still have lots of CF stuff
