iPE Install

Had a full iPE exhaust installed by the guys at Vos Motorsports in Hicksville NY. The drive home was fun playing with the open/close mode. Overall very happy with the product and install. Now I need to have a tune done to get that CEL off. Here is a link to the music http://instagram.com/p/f_fQAzLLB6/#

Dammit, this really makes me wanted to compliment my valvetronic catbacks with long tube headers and a tune... I've been using every ounce of willpower I have to hold off from doing that and voiding my engine warranty....

I know what you mean. BTW, your car looks so sweet. I posted a link to what the difference is from stock to full open on a cold start.

Is there a noticeable lag or power loss driving with the valve closed??

I had that same question so I went to the dyno to put some numbers down.

Before exhaust mod I put down 319RW stock tune and with the valve open, it was 319RW so no gain or loss. (I was actually surprised with no gain) With the valve open it jumped to 359RW with stock tune 40RW gain. With a Pro Tune, the numbers jumped to 456RW, 137RW gain which I am pretty happy with.
