I appreciated your sponsorship offer, but I had to decline that. I could not in good conscience partner/take a chance with a business that still has unresolved issues within the car community and questionable business practices. My decision to not become a customer was deliberate, and influenced by the negative experiences shared by your customers.
I believe your best path to rebuilding mode carbon reputation back is by making amends with your current unsatisfied customers where they would be satisfied enough to endorse you back again. IMO that’s the only way you can show a genuine turnaround to the community.

Yeah I'll admit I'm rude towards the end, but I'm more than entitled to be after waiting now over 1 year for a lip spoiler lol. Did warn Sam if he didn't rectify my issues I'll post it up online. Completely unprofessional this guy shouldn't be a sponsored vendor anywhere, and insult to injury is him now bragging about how much money his company turned over last year, probably off the back of more people like me.

When a customer placed an order for something that is in stock it usually goes out 1-2 business days later. As for typical lead-times, 2-4 months as listed on our website. For all those that were delayed and decided not to hold their orders in place their money was refunded to them.
