Yep pretty much... that is around the same price I was quoted too. I ended up getting it wrapped in gloss black vinyl, looks the same for waaay less.

If the only difference is visual I would try to plastidip it first before to order anything. One bottle of plastidip is maybe $10 and you can peel it off if you're not happy with the result.
