One piece rotor vs Two pieces rotors for our car ?

I know this question come up a lot and i did search but never get any confirmation.

My car is P30 and have 2 pieces rotor, looking to changing the rotor soon

Can i use one piece rotor ? I don't track so.

1) Is the one piece rotor same dia with 2 pieces ?
2) the brake pads are the same too front and back ? because i have an extra set of pads for AMG Performance Pkg and i noticed the pads for non Performance Pkg is also cheaper then AMG Performance Pkg. Is this just the compound material diff or the size diff too ?
3) Can i use one piece with brake pads from AMG Performance Pkg ?

I need to order this today so any comment or thought or anything would help me.

Yes you can use the 1 piece rotors brother. Size is the same.. I'm guessing there is only a compound difference with the p30 pads along with the 2 piece rotors.

2 pieces are generally lighter n venting better --- will perform better n last longer
Front n rear pads are diff in size n shape as the calipers are different. Compounds are slightly diff too.
Do a google search you can find a mountain of info on this subject

for street use, you can use whatever pads and rotors as long as they fit. I don't see any harm in using amg perf pads with a normal rotor.
