Orange reflector/light options?
Hey all...what are my options--what have you done regarding the in your face orange reflectors/lights between the front wheels and the headlights? Does anyone make a black replacement piece? If I get it vinyl wrapped, will light still seep through? I'd prefer to not get it painted if I can avoid it.
Thanks.
Thanks.

they sell clear ones. I just plastidipped them.. looks ok but didn't do enough coats so the light comes through a bit. Vinyl wrap it, light won't go through.

You have a few options. But i would go with buying used OEM sidemarkers and get them painted or wrapped so you still have your original ones as back up.
Whatever solution you choose i recommend to get the bulbs out of the housing and tape/attach them on the inside (i placed them on the plastic wheel well) so that the light wont come through in case the wrapping/painting is not as thick as you wanted or the heat generated by the light won't damage your paint with time. The cool thing about that is you already have some lighting whenever you work in the engine bay close to the headlights
