2005 E55 AMG
You need to go by what the psi instruction guide that's on the drivers door. I own a e55 amg. In my door there is psi tire instructions for the fronts and rears. It describes the kind of tire you have summer all season or winter. Any of those it will explain what tire pressure to set them on. Me personally I do not trust the TPMS. They are so annoying and expensive $150 a pop for my car. I would just go by what the door instructions say. Find out what type of tires you have follow the guide psi of the type of season of what your tire is and you should be all set.

This and that.
Go to the tire pressure option in your cluster menu and press okay, it'll ask if you want to reset the sensors, scroll over to yes and click okay again.

scroll to the tire pressure screen on the dash and press "ok". I have a 2009, but probably similar for yours.
