It has all optional features, so Blind Spot Assist, ACC, Audi Drive Select, and sound system Bang Olufsen are all there.

Today about 30 minutes ago, a M3 E92 fire orange 11/12, arrived to me. My mate left to America in a hurry, and he was desperate so he sold the car to me for a pretty good price. As I love a good deal, I bought without hesitation. Now I have the three rivals.

The ultimate comparo, between the three.

C63 x M3 x RS5

Very different styles, with different performances, the C63 (performance pack or not) just feels much more torquey and quicker to recover or gain speed than the other two. The C63, I am sure pulls away easily. Oddly enough it also has the best fuel consumption.

M3: Cruising at 100mph, found the lack of torque to irritate a bit, as Brazilian roads are quite sloppy, I barely could use 7th gear. The tranny would always leave it on 6th, I barely used 7th, and as the engine is very high revving, and crappy on the lower and mid ranges, it was always near the 4.000rpm, although I barely paid attention to the rpm gauge, as I focused on the road. Fuel consumption is near 21mpg with premium Gasoline 97OCTS. Now in terms of precision this car is fantastic...
The steering follows your command as you do, the MDCT gearbox is nearly as good as the fantastic DSG, STronic, PDK, and better than the MCT. Responses are perfect, it lowers and changes gears at an incredible pace. The suspension is marvellous, so comfortable, yet very stable, this car in terms of chassis is close to perfection. If the steering had a little bit more feel, it would be perfect. The C63 Facelift, though comes pretty close in chassis, while the RS5 still needs improvements... It just misses the engine. It easily has chassis for 600HP. On Brazilian hilly roads, this thing is a beast. No need for DSC sport, as there is very little interference as there is not enough HP and LSD on this car is pretty rough LOL. Loved it, although the C63 is ....

RS5: Cruising at 100mph again, this car does not feel like it lacks torque, it actually feels a lot like a luxury car. Practically 0 connection to the ground, although one thing is for sure it handles fantastically. The RPM is near the 2.900rpm in 7th gear. It is better than the C63 and the M3 under WOT in corners, as it oversteers (I expected it to understeer great surprise), but comes out at much greater speed. The suspension on comfort is pretty good, but nowhere near as good as the M3, and a tad bit behind the C63 at absorbing imperfections. The car is great on corners, not mattering which mode it is in. Steering is precise, but does not feel connected at all, just like the suspension. The gearbox is great, it responds flawlessly and very quickly, it is perfect. I touch the paddle several times quickly to drop to 4th, or just hold until it puts the lowest gear, and it does it incredibly quickly, without any stutters or lag, unlike the C63. The car though to respond need to go to high revs, so it does not have the punchy feel of the C63. Fuel consumption is bordering the 23mpg with premium gas. What I loved were the gadgets. ACC on the road, is great. I put 100mph, and set to medium distance, the car behaved awesomely. It was sensational.

C63: The C63 is well known to us, as a car with a marvellous engine from heavens. The engine makes such a difference. The 6.2 V8, is so much more torquey, and horsepower wise, it is much better than the others. It also makes the difference in the sound as well. WOW. It is quite noticeable on the road, where in the C63 to keep 100mph, you do it in 7th gear, at a mere 2.500rpm. The fuel consumption of these conditions is so good, that it does 24mpg with premium gas as well. Now the suspension, it is very good although a tad bit too firm, it could be softer like the M3. The steering is perfect. Fantastic feel and precision. The chassis is good, and very close to the M3 one, what really holds the car down, is transmission. It is great, very soft, and in S+ shifts quickly, but downshifts and upshifts through the paddles is not perfect, there is 0.3s delay. Although on the road, this is the most fun and quickest car.......

Analysis now in order:
Fastest: C63 - RS5 - M3

Best sound: C63 - M3 - RS5

Most comfortable: M3 - C63 - RS5

Best handling: M3 - C63 and RS5 tied

Best transmission: RS5 - M3 - C63

Best suspension: M3 - C63 - RS5

Best engine: C63 - RS5 - M3

Best feel: C63 - M3 - RS5

Best chassis: M3 - C63 - RS5

Best all weather: RS5 - M3 - C63

Practicality (comparing Coupe versions) : C63 - RS5 - M3 (looking at boot size, and space)

C63: 94/11 = 8.54
M3: 90/11 = 8.2
RS5: 82/11 = 7.5

Until now:

1st place: C63
2nd place:M3 very close. After engine upgrades, I think it will be better than the C63....
3nd place:RS5, very good, but is more of a luxury car, than a performance car..

Well I am also thinking of selling one of the C63s. I want to buy a new 13/14 Jetta full features, and pay up for my M3, cancelling its lease. Well time for opinions.

Um, so what if the C63 had upgrades? Suspension, power, etc. I drove all three of these cars as well last year in Oct before I bought my C63.

One thing I will mention is that I agree with you on the M3's Comfort for suspension wise, but the interior on the C63 is far more superior to me for Cabin Comfort. I could not stand the Seats on the M3, such as the bolsters, the back, bottom. I also did not like the steering wheel at all. For something that you constantly have your hands on, the C63 has much more feel to it and connects the driver to the chassis, oh and the FLAT bottom!! The different materials, and sections of the C63 wheel is engineered just right. (I know you can buy a BMW upgrade for like 2000 bucks, but WTF, why, that should be stock on the M Cars.

Also, the overall cabin noise from the M3 was not as humble and quiet as the C63. I am talking about squeaks, creaking, going over bumps, curbs at slow speeds and while profiling, etc. That annoys me beyond irritation The M3's interior makes more noises, Just like my X5M. The RS5 has a more dampened interior also and I would put the RS5 above the M3.

Yes, I agree about the torque!! That is one of the main reasons why I did not get the M3 ( was driving the 2012 Competition with MDCT ). All that badass chassis and handling was so useless on daily driving and occasional Fun factor on the street. The engine power was so unbearable, I got so bored every time after the first few mins of driving it. Even if you modded it to STOCK C63 level, the torque is still going to be crap. I felt that I needed to keep this thing at like 5k rpm all the time just generate some type of smile or smirk on my face. It needs to live on the Circuit, but even that, the C63 will serve its purpose there too, probably won't set faster laps than the M3, but its no slouch.

OH, and the SOUND. It NEVER gets old, that alone is enough for me The M3 sound gets old, and the constant high RPMs GETS old Fast.
