Remove charcoal filters or ROW air boxes?

Hey guys, wondering of there's any difference between removing the charcoal filters from the US version air boxes and replacing them with the ROW boxes?
Thanks

Row airboxes breath a little more I heard but they should be pretty much the same.

Thanks... So, save the $450 and just pull the charcoal?

The air intake horn is different on ROWs. It appears to be a bit more permissive for air flow (larger area) - whether any of that makes a difference I don't know, still waiting to dyno my car. Somewhere else on here, are longer threads on this with dyno results others have had - check into it for your own research. I would say that any difference will also depend on whether or not your running a tune and exhaust mods to take advantage of any new air flow on the intake side.

You'll get a deeper sound with ROW airboxes. As far as performance goes I don't think it adds HP but the combination with several other mods (like exhaust, tune, header etc...) can help.
