Is there a limit on the transaction period you can claim with paypal, you don't want to leave it too long.

I'm not sure if this was a quick money grab because he was also selling springs...then said he was missing one and couldn't sell until he found it. Why go through the trouble of offering them for sale for $125 then claim to have a missing spring and not sell them? He could have pocketed another easy $125 for sure if that was his goal.

Maybe some kind of a life event happened and has completely distracted him from following through on the sale?
