Drone / excessive volume solved!!!!!

My setup:
Mbh headers, 3inch mids, x, and 3" res delete.
That was LOUD. At low rpm's it was droning and started driving me crazy.
I installed the supersprint mufflers today and my problem is solved. It now has a very deep sound and no drone at all. It sounds absolutely amazing. It's like I have a new car.
Installing random tech 3" metal core cats on Monday because I'm sick of the fumes.
Those stock mufflers are LOUD.

Res-deletes can be a bit of a gamble. If you do get drone from a res-delete, there are other ways to fix it. Rather than putting the resonator back in. A better made muffler or even exhaust tips in some cases can stop the drone.
From my experience, you almost need something in from the the factory mufflers (like a resonator or in your case, cats)to keep the factory mufflers in check. Here is a video from my car (today) with tune, headers, mid-section and Xpipe. I have the stock mufflers and resonator.
Dont mind the rattles my car is full of metal tubing for a project.

Well I don't need the cats now for sound..... No resonators on my car.....just 3" up to the axel back. The supersprint is 2.75 and looks like a magnaflow rebranded.
Just doing cats because I'm sick of the smell. The stock mufflers are huge and heavy. Glad I swapped them out.

Quality is very good actually.
My stock exhaust rattled and the tips never looked aligned perfect.
This exhaust is same as carlsson minus the tips. I kinda want to get rid of the x because it's almost too smooth but I'll decide after I put the RT cats on.
