09 MY would sell for the lower 40k$ up to 30k$ depending on mileage. Although this one has low mileage i would try to negotiate the price
But there are several things i would check before committing to an offer. The usual checks service history, carfax, drive test, tires brakes etc... Looking at the rotors that car has been seating for a while IMO.
I'm looking at the front bumper and it seems to be a scratch at the bottom driver's side or just reflection

Thank you for the feedback!
its 0 accidents, one owner, and given its such low mileage, would there be any service done to it that I should be looking out for?
You are right about the rotors though, they've collected a crazy amount of rust, anything that I should be worried about with that?
I'm very torn between this car and an audi s5 in MT ('10 model with 15k miles)
Always have owned Japanese vehicles and decided to jump over to germans this time around!

Well at least an oil service .
Make sure to know the reason why mileage is so low. Garage queen or hidden issues.
As for the rotors it should be ok to take that rust off after a few miles of driving. Check thickness of pads and rotors but they should be ok assuming the mileage is right.
As for the engine you need to be aware of the potential headbolt failure. There is a sticky thread about it for your information. Don't panic odds are low not so many cases but that problem exists. There is no generic pattern it could happen to low or high mileage cars. The only thing though is a particular range of engines could be affected (roughly MY 08 to early 10).
So my recommendation would be to take an extended warranty for peace of mind or you could just put money on the side for the eventual repairs if it happens.

I say go for it. Interior looks pristine and that rust will be as good as gone after a few hard stomps on the brake pedal.
I think you can get the seller to knock a few grand off the price.

I think the price is a smidge high for an 09, irrespective of the mileage. I didn't check the book value, but my guess would be high 30s would be more accurate.

A little oil on those breaks should clear out the rust.....just kidding! Doesn't appear to have performance pkg, check to see if it has limited slip diff. Price does seem a bit high and its the wrong color
