EC tune on C63BS with exhaust = great
Hi guys ,
Just wanted to share my experience and give a big heads up to EC for their AMAZING ( there is no other words availlable sorry ) customer service.
Jerry sent me a handheld tuner for FREE with a V4 tune. We had multiple issues with no car not able to read the tuner , the tuner not able to tune the car etc.... Jerry ALWAYS replied very quickly with a new solution to each issue.
With a new protocol file we finally were able to tune the car.
I have MHP headers , cargraphic sport cats to stock cat-back.
My car made 500 crank before any mods. I don't have a dyno sheet after mods ( I came across multiple issues with other tuners - VELOS useless tune - and local shops.
I don't really care about dyno sheets but here comes the good part :
I have a friend with a stock CBS. We tried some runs.... Oh mannnnnnn I'm just destroying him.... Easily 5-6 cars lengths before 180mph , starting in 3rd gear. We even tried him in 3rd and me in 4th. I have a slow start but I finish with 2 cars lenght by 200mph
I had multiple CEL codes with other tuners , don't have ANY with EC !
