? for all C63 BS Owners. RE: Seats....

For all you lucky dogs who are C63 BS owners. Have any of you been in (or owned) the CLK 63 BS ?

If so, my question is can you compare the seats at all? Im wondering if the C63 seats may by chance be a bit more plush/comfortable...

Thank you!!

If I remember right, the CLK BS seats are more comfy, and the CBS holds you in better in track driving. Easiest to compare is to sit in a pre facelift C63 (same seats as CLK BS) then sit in a C63 coupe (same seats as CBS).

Regardless of the seats, the suspension is more comfy in th CBS anyways, which IMO makes it a better long distance car.

Lemme know if my memory was right on feel of the seats. I don't even remember the CBS anymore, it's been in hibernation since Oct haha. Winter sucks.

Ok so my local dealer only had the C63 sedan available to sit in. The seats were awfully similar to the CLK63, id say possiblyt a little less bolstered and wider in the middle, but I cant tell if thats a real difference or not. If it is real, its not a very significant difference. I will try to hitup another dealer tommorow to see if they have the coupe in stock

clk bs seats are almost identical to the regular c63 sedan seats. The c63 bs seats are similar but slightly different. Compare the regular c63 coupe seats to c63 sedan. There is also a special order race seat but i dont think many people opt for that, never seen one personally in either. It's all manual adjustment and carbon fiber- i think recaro makes them.

I have both. The C63 BS seats are more comfortable than the CLK BS recaros. I swapped my recaros for the US spec BS seats - which seem to be the same as the seats in my 2009 C63 sedan - and can report that I find them equally comfortable, and I drive both of them all the time
