Need a little help with a wheel clicking

Hi, I recently purchased a 10 C63 with the P30 package. Part of my deal involved the dealer to replace the front rotors and pads with new 2 piece rotors and pads. I am waiting for the rotors to arrive but in the mean time as I am driving I hear a faint clicking or ticking coming from the front wheels. When I lightly apply the brakes the noise goes away 100%. I tried to search and found some people with issues on spacers in the rear with the E brake but nothing pertaining to the front. From what I can tell everything is original with no modifications. I am wondering if this is some audible noise indicating the brakes or rotors are getting low or if there may be something else. I know in older cars when turning and hearing a clicking noise you probably have a cv joint going out but this is always constant and increases with mph. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Had the same damn issue ! After many many $$$
Flipping the rotors left to right fixed the issue.

No cv joints in the front that's for sure lol.

Jack it up and look.

Take the tire off and spin the rotor. You will find it.
