Ok cool, thanx guys. Not a fun experience at all!
My previous Astra H OPC handled much better in those conditions, and they are notorious for terrible handling

At 120 kph (75 mph) on a wet road, a car on new tires that jumps about is abnormal. Recommendations for alignment checks and tire rotation direction are appropriate.
Change the speed and the amount of water on the road, and you've got a different story. 140 kph (almost 90 mph), on a road where the rainwater is deep enough to puddle, is a recipe for big trouble. The first deep puddle you hit will be a surprise that you may only remember for a couple seconds.

Sorry man, nobody is trying to be a hero.
120km/h is perfectly fine in normal, consistent rain. I say this because plenty vehicles that I have driven in the rain have not behaved like the 63.
In an extremely heavy downpour, yes I understand your concern. Thats not the conditions I was talking about though

In any case, stay safe and be wary of other people's driving around inclement weather.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I'm not 1 of those irresponsible drivers that sit right up the *** of another car in dry or wet weather. My only concern was the car squirming around in the rain, didn't seem normal to me. But as soon as it did that, I backed off drastically

Maybe its the driver and not the car....your car will only bounce around in the rain due to big puddles, hydroplaning, or low tire tread.
If you can't figure out any of the 3 above, slow down.

At the risk of upsetting some folk and I am sorry if I do, I think the c63 is a real handful in the wet. It really is feather the pedal, keep a long way back and be very mindful of your speed. Try accelerating away from a set of lights on an incline with water on the road, you will get blown away by a kid on a push bike.

I have the P-zero's..amazing tire, I had the PSS for a month and they crumbled apart, they drove like crap in the rain...theres no way the P-zeros suck in the rain they handle like a dream and i recommend them

I don't drive it in the wet generally but..... It handles fine, unless the tires are worn and traction control comes into play.
Wouldn't try, to drive a hundred mph, like Top Gear Folks, in the pouring rain. I guess, in England, you don't have much choice.

Kimeran,
In addition to alignment, you should check and make sure your directional treaded tires are mounted in the right direction of rotation. I have seen tire shops mount improperly before and having the channels on high performance directional tires going the wrong way will cause very bad hydroplaning.

Bought new tires all around, Front's lasted 25,000 miles. they insisted I need to have it aligned. We had to constantly fight the steering wheel, on the Interstate. Took some persuasion but the Alignment Tech drove it and re adjusted it to handle well. Don't let them talk you into an alignment unless it is handling bad or tires won't last. All weather tires make the most sense, if you drive in the wet.

The alignment definitely needs to be done, it pulls quick drastically to the left in all conditions.
Not sure if that is also having an affect on the handling in the wet.

I suspect this had something to do with tread depth and the age of the rubber. Generally speaking, the Pirellis are a crappier tire in almost all respects than the Michelin PSS.
