2014 C63 Coupe
Introduction to the Forum
Hi All-
Long time "creeper", first time posting. Picked up a 2014 C63 Coupe yesterday.
*Polar White
*Black MB Tex/DINAMICA
*Aluminum Trim
*Parktronic
*Keyless Go
*Chrome Door Handle Inserts
*AMG Illuminated Door Sills
*Lighting Package
*Multimedia Package
*Driver Assistance Package
I did not spec the car myself, would have made just a few changes, but all I can say is HOLY Sh&*!!!! The car is nothing like I thought it would be.
Let me explain; I have been a car guy my whole life. My only other AMG prior to this was a CLK55 Convertible. I had a Ferrari 360 Spider, an Audi A4 tuned by Stasis and before deciding on the C was leaning towards a Maserati GranTurismo Stradale.
I work from home, so this is truly a "fun" car for me. With 3 small children, the Escalade is what gets the most use. I am at a point in life where I don't want "flash" and "look at me". The C is stunning, blends into a crowd, but certainly leads when you want it to.
I did not test drive the C prior to purchase, I have been dealing with Ray Catena Mercedes in NJ for years and my guy said I would be impressed. He certainly hit the nail on the head.
From the minute I saw her, I was amazed. That hood, those lines and that A$$ are enough to make anyone weak at the knees. But then, you hit that button and any doubts are out the window.
I must say, I was nervous driving her. This car just begs to go she is a beast. I can't wait to really put some miles under my belt and of course add some "finishing touches" to her.
I do have two questions, any help from you guys/gals would be greatly appreciated.
1.) I saw a thread about a member doing the carbon keyless go buttons, how do I order?
2.) How do I keep my DRL (fogs) on at night when the headlights are on?
I will post pictures this weekend!!
