Sears extended warranty?

02 CLK 55 AMG,09 C63 loaded with P30
Sears extended warranty?
I just got a quote for my C63. For 3yrs 36k miles bumper to bumper they quoted $5,7xx. For only powertrain $3,9xx. Is this worth it? I only drive 6k miles a year. Currently have 32k miles.

just my reasoning, but i would guess that it wouldn't be worth it unless you end up having a head bolt failure. they aren't really that common though, but my car has been rock solid. i haven't had any problems and i think $6k would be a lot of money to spend for something you probably won't need. it would give you nothing but assurance, but that's quite a bit to pay for that.
