Amazon big sale on Valeo wiper blades

Once you see the deal, you need to jump on it right away. I got mine this afternoon and a test fit showed they fit well. The quality is good, too. Both E and C class use the same model. I had also called two different dealerships before my order to make sure the facelifted E-class uses the same wipers. So now I have a spare set.
If you are going to get the $42 for two, you can try the Bosch Icon and did what one guy did on one of the threads by prying off the OEM one's end caps and insert the Icon into it.

With Icon, you will get this big bulky tab at the mounting location which is quite unsightly. Of course, one way to circumvent that is to keep the oem frame and swap the blades. With Valeo, the tab is fairly low profile and looks good, plus the blade material is pretty good. Without the discount, the Icon might be worth it. At half price with the Amazon sale, the Valeo is the obvious choice.

With Valeo, the tab is fairly low profile and looks good, plus the blade material is pretty good. Without the discount, the Icon might be worth it. old thread i know but this just answered the exact question I was trying to find a resolution to. I've got icon's on mine and that stupid bulky tab on top is driving me crazy! Now I need to see if I kept the old OEM blades for the frame, otherwise I may just grab these valeo's which are currently about $36 btw
