which would you choose?
first one is from a forum member and is local but has no warranty. car looks to be in amazing condition though and has had the head-bolt issue taken care of

the next one is pretty far from me (im in chicago) an this one is in orlando area, but is a CPO. The thing with this one is a rear end accident shows up on the carfax, along with alot of other maintenance things, was wondering if all that is normal or if it seems alittle excessive. of course the fact that its been in a accident kind of doesnt sit well with me but i do like the fact that its a CPO

so lets hear some input about these 2 vehicles also is the extra CPO really worth it or is taking my chances with a vehicle that seems to be pristine and also had the head-bolt situation taken care of, thanks guys
Got a good deal on my corvette because it had an accident on its history. Within 1 year had to replace the radiator, the fuel sensors, and the TCU. So much for the "good" deal.

I don't think MB wouldn't CPO this if it was involved in a serious accident. Having lots of minor service issues could also indicate an obsessive owner, which is a good thing.
I do think the first car is better having the HB issue addressed. However, I wouldn't rule out the second car and might leverage it's lower price with CPO in negotiations with the first.
The second car was in a collision in August of last year and then sold two months later, and then driven for the next 4000+ miles in 4 months BY THE DEALER before they decided to put it up for sale. For me, that completely eliminates it as a contender.
Between these two, it's a no-brainer. Take the first.
