E60 M5 Headers and tune VS C63 Headers and tune
#52
100% this, I have velos, and I just ordered OE, I have EC right now, velos is for sure a lot more agressive, I made 25-30whp more on the velos, but the car ran kinda funky sometimes, the EC gave me around 50whp and the velos around 80, I'm hoping OE in between or close to velos, I'll post back though once I get it, EC is really drivable though, which is exactly what jerry went for with V4 i think, I have nothing bad to say about any of the tuners, it's all on the driving style you want really

why are you guys comparing chevys most expensive production car to ALMOST a entry level AMG? Hell if a entry level 4 door AMG can only get pulled by 3-5 cars by a z06 thats not bad..I know it's not a z06 but some video i watched of a newer sting ray, the guy only put down 313whp??? Not sure if the sting ray is entry level or not but seemed low for a vette?

The stock one makes around 410 whp here
Do you think that this extra 60 WHP can handle the C63 weight and the Aero dynamic ?!!!
Dont forget that the C63 have a 7 speed gearbox

Here's my FBO E60 M5 with Long Tube Headers against a C6 Z06 with intake and tune. We rolled from 40kmh ( just over 20mph) up to about 140mph

But in higher speed rolling i think the M5 will do much better

if those are really EC tunes then I'd hate to see those cars against a more agressive tune, EC tune only gives around 50whp (atleast for me, still good though) while other tuners give 70+ whp

z06 is a car thats hard to call since alot depends on the driver (shifting speed/timing) But if the right driver is behind the wheel they are monsters trapping 130 with simple mods theyre only issue is tall gearing once past 4th gear. Cant wait to try out the c7 z06 with the 8 speed auto have one on order should be a monster

i checked into it but the cost of having to travel and the custom tune (almost 2k) was just not worth it when I have 3 seperate tuners for a few hundred extra more...yeah i could probably get a bit more power out of a custom one but it's kinda cool to see the difference between the tunes because they actually do drive differently, I haven't tried OE yet, hopefully will get it this week

Yup but its not out for official release yet ! i want to set up a custom tune because I have some parts that cant be factored off the shelf like the renntech 82mm Throttle bodies +full exhaust/intake & im only running a regular headers tune. Only weight reduction I have is the CF roof that will be going on soon, wheels are little lighter then stock but doesnt count because I have 19" Toyo R888 that are pretty heavy, Girodisc 2 piece rotors. Thats it for now but I want to chop out my back seats soon just found a good custom interior shop to make it look clean.
