Do I jus pop them out with a flathead? I have forgestar f14's and I'm gonna get them powder coated so I need to remove the carbon fiber center caps without damaging. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Take your rims off and pop it off from the inside. High possible that you'll damage the caps and rim.

thanks bro jus did it!!..most rims you can do it from the outside but the space between wheel and cap were so close from the face of the rim so i thought it will damage. from the back works perfect.
