Does anyone know the 2 bulb size above the rear license plate?

I always thought they were the T10 Wedge? I could be wrong though?

Does it flicker before it goes out? My left is flickering but I do not know if I have OEM bulbs or the previous owner upgraded to other as he did much of the car...
