Guys this is really childish.
The OP asked a simple question really, can he get the same design in 19 inch wheels.
How about we address the question?
OP, I personally would go for the "65" wheel design. Personal preference but I love that wheel and have seen it on a C63. Looks freaking amazing!

The problem is those 19's most likely will be HEAVY. Think 28-30 lbs vs. the 21 lbs for your typical forged monoblock or flow-formed wheel.
