Well unfortunately the ticking sound is back as of last month (March 2015), and Merc tried to address the problem with the fix in LI40.10-P-059248.
Worked for about a week, and and it came back...ugh
The good news is, I just got a call from Merc confirming that the ticking is from the wheel bearing, and it will be replaced under warranty.
Hoping this fix put the issue to a close.

Received the car back today, and the ticking is finally gone. Hopefully the replacement of the wheel bearing is permanent solution.

Awesome!! I'll wait a few weeks then ask the status...hahaha. I try and limit dealership visits. I have carbon fiber all over it and headers now, so trying to limit possible joy rides by the workers

Problem fix?
Hey guys, I have a 2015 507 with about 14k miles on it. Just started getting ticking from both front wheels when I turn. Did MB ever land on an approved fix for this? Or is it try the pins, then the wheel bearing, etc? TIA

Wow old post. It ended up being the wheel bearings. Once replaced, all the ticks disappeared.

I too had the clicking sound when turning. I could only hear it with windows down turning right in pkg garage. This was @ 12000 Miles....... covered rear wheel bearing under warranty. Clicking gone.

Have this problem too. Slight clicking noise when turning right. I guess it's brake caliper related? Thinking of just holding off on this until i go in for headers or to fix another issue.
