Finding a C63 with P31
I am in the market for a new C63 sedan and I wanted to find one with the P31 package.
What is the best way to find a New 2013/14 with the P31?
Find an auto broker? Ask a local dealership?
Also, is the LSD something that a dealership could install if the car did not come equipped with it, or is that something just AMG does?

The 2014's didn't have the P31 available. Instead, they came in a 507 Edition, which is spec'ed at 507 hp vs. the P31's 481. There is some controversy about actual hp difference and people are still looking for one of each to be put on the same dyno.
I got a 2013 new in April at my local dealer. Any dealer has access to a database showing what dealers have what models with what options in stock.
Theoretically, a dealer can add an LSD but it would be very, very expensive. Most people recommend a third-party LSD like Quaife, installed by a good local shop. Of course for warranty purposes the best bet is to find one with factory LSD.

If I remember right, the option to add the LSD when buildingthe car was like 2k, which is not a bad price. Buying and installing an aftermarket one should be well above that 2k price range, but so it would be if you were to get it installed after the fact by MB.
Since the P30 was dissolved and changed to the P31 for the 2010 and up years and the LSD becoming that stand along item and not included with the package, it is difficult to find a car with the AMG performance pkg and with the LSD. Trust me it took me a while to find one a P31 with the LSD (471 code on the datacard). Some people chose the AMG perf pkg just to increase the HP but not necessarily opted to get the LSD for an extra 2k, which for that price, it's very good.

Purchase and installation of an aftermarket LSD is under $2k. I have a Wavetrac LSD.
